The project involved the demolition of an existing house on the lot, followed by the regrading of the land. The specifications of this lot called for our teams to include steep retaining walls and a drainage system put in to place. The steep retaining wall led our teams to install turf from Goat Turf in the backyard to provide convenience to families. This is one of the many challenges that our team faced and is prepared to undertake on future projects.
