The Belle Meade Country Club project involves extensive site redevelopment to prepare for new athletic and recreational facilities. The scope began with demolition of the existing tennis facility and pool, requiring careful coordination and controlled removal within an active club environment.
Tudor Building Group is currently performing mass grading operations to reestablish site elevations and address underlying soil conditions, including sinkhole remediation to ensure long-term structural stability. Our team is also installing comprehensive underground infrastructure, including stormwater systems, sanitary sewer, fire protection lines, and domestic water services to support the new facilities.
As the project progresses, we continue to prepare stabilized building pads and infrastructure-ready conditions that will support the next phase of vertical construction — all while maintaining efficiency and minimizing disruption to ongoing club operations.
