Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the Demonbreun Public Stormwater project required precise coordination and execution within a highly active urban corridor. Limited access, constant traffic flow, and existing underground infrastructure presented unique challenges that demanded strategic planning and careful sequencing.
Tudor Building Group installed 350 linear feet of public stormwater infrastructure, ensuring proper drainage capacity and long-term system performance for the surrounding area. The project also included a water line relocation to accommodate utility conflicts and maintain uninterrupted service. Following underground installation, our team completed a binder patch restoration to return the roadway to safe and functional conditions.
