The project required comprehensive mass grading operations to establish proper elevations, drainage patterns, and a stabilized building footprint capable of supporting large-scale industrial use.
Tudor Building Group completed stormwater infrastructure installation, including an underground StormTech detention system and bio-retention ponds designed to manage site runoff and meet regulatory requirements. Our team also installed sanitary sewer utilities and constructed a shot rock building pad to provide a durable, load-bearing foundation for vertical construction.
