Spanning over 600 acres, this large-scale subdivision development required comprehensive infrastructure planning and phased execution to support long-term residential growth. With more than four miles of roadway construction, the project demanded precise grading, utility coordination, and sequencing to keep development moving efficiently across multiple sections.
Tudor Building Group installed full underground infrastructure throughout the site, including gas, underground electric, an 8-inch ductile iron (DIP) water line, and a force main sanitary sewer system designed to serve the elevation demands of the property. In addition to utility installation, our team constructed a five-acre lake to support stormwater management and community aesthetics, along with preparation of multiple amenity pads for future vertical construction.
From mass earthwork and road building to complex utility systems, this project highlights our ability to deliver large-scale master development infrastructure built for durability, performance, and future expansion.
